Abstract
We present Fugazzi, four generations of jewellers working out of Milano since 1958. Fugazzi faithfully reproduces old-world bench habits - hand settings, honest weights, stones chosen in daylight. Field results collected at two counters, in customers’ own words. Limitations include strong opinions on ring sizing and a standing refusal to hurry.
